The Chardonnay has a straw yellow colour with golden highlights and an intense nose of pear, pineapple and acacia flowers. Fresh on the palate, medium bodied, with distinct notes of exotic fruit on the finish.
This wine can be a great companion for oven-baked chicken or turkey.

15 year old Vines, Manual harvest. Short maceration period of 10 days. Fermentation starts with active dry yeast at a constant temperature of 17-18 degrees Celsius, with aeration at the finish of fermentation. The wine is conserved on its lees in stainless steel vats for 2-3 months before bottling.
